Here are free weight loss tips that you can begin using right away to manage your weight and change your lifestyle.

My Weight Management Story
I have witnessed first hand how weight loss isn’t just about restricting foods and counting calories. It’s certainly not about going hungry, either.
During the past 15 years, I struggled with keeping my weight became comfortable in a range from 178 pounds to 182 pounds. 
Even though I ran marathons, worked out, and officiated soccer I could not get my weight below a set range.
During times of on-going and intense family stress, my weight continued to stay high in the mid-180s due to eating at night out of frustration and anxiety.
By Dec 2011, I reached 194 pounds and thought I’d never go much lower again.
Wrong!
Weight Management Success
It’s September 3, 2012 and I weigh 171 with a greatly reduced body fat percentage and more lean muscle mass. I’m at the lowest weight I’ve had in about 18 years!
Here are 10 Weight Loss Tips:
#1 Plan to change your lifestyle, not diet
#2 Detox for 4 to 7 days
#3 Eat large amounts of vegetables, smaller amounts of fruit and limit proteins and dairy
#4 Stuff an insulated bag with veggies for snacks to avoid tempting junk food on the road
#5 Journal what you eat and your emotions
#6 Get a supportive friend or group
#7 Set realistic goals like the loss of one pound per week
#8 Drink at least 8 cups of water per day
# 9 Eat five times per day with a mid-morning and mid-afternoon snack of fruit, veggies, or nuts
#10 Enjoy creative ways of fixing salads and steaming vegetables with spices and herbs
